I was planning to take the output of the device below to the EEC, and use the module that goes in the middle of the speedo cable for the cruise. No? That speed sensor will work fine, on the 1992-96/7 models the PSOM (module in the speedometer) converts the pulses from the tone ring in the rear axle into a speed signal that the EEC and cruise control both can use.
