Gary Lewis
I know I really should not be on Facebook, but sometimes you just need a good laugh. Or maybe a good cry? ratdude747
Cannot see if not a member of the group. Which I'm not... and given how you've described it, sounds like I should stay out of.

viven44
Thats hilarious. He wants to change his F150 into a F250!!! Would be easier and better for everyone involved to just go buy a F250!!! Having said that I want an AC truck, but don't want to tear into BB 2WD 😬 Edited 5 hours ago by viven44

85lebaront2
Vivek. I added AC to my 1977 F150 and it was a bear of a job. the firewall opening was nowhere near large enough, the dash vents weren't there etc. It was easier changing from a 300 six with a C4 to a 390 and C6. You will find the same issue on yours as the fresh air vent system wasn't on the Bullnose trucks, the Bricknose trucks have the inside ducts so converting one of them is easier. viven44
Bill, I wouldn't dare that job normally but I have an entire AC parts truck with matching blue interiors and with all components necessary for the conversion... its about as ideal as this job can get but still the firewall modification is what bothers me. Gary Lewis
Thanks, Vivek! I’m not surprised at the lack of knowledge. But I’m amazed that people are willing to share it.
