However, the passenger side latch is not working. The P.O. tried to split the gate open to fix it. It's not nasty but I have no reason to mess with it. (the plastic rod retaining clip had broken so P.O couldn't open it), and I told myself... all he had to do was reach in there and grab those rods and pull on them.
