Introduction 2.0 Test

Welcome!

That's odd.

I usually just scroll down to the post I'm working on and things are fine.

Do you have an unusual browser?

I'm using Chrome. But the issue doesn't seem to be with the orientation code itself that i added. It seems to be the combination of the code and the preview button. Because if i don't do one or the other its fine but when i combine both actions it locks me out. So for instance if i write a piece of text and then preview it i can post it. However if i add an image to my text, adjust the orientation, and then try to post it, it wont work. So the only work around i have found is that as long as i don't preview after i adjusted the image i can still post and then I can just edit my post after it becomes live to readjust things like where the image is placed in the text.

Ah!

This forum software is pretty unique and arcane.

Gary has been trying in vain to get it running on his own server for years.

You seem to have thrown it a curve it can't understand :nabble_laughing-25-x-25_orig:

As said, this application is writting in NAML. Something like NAbble Markup Language. Very proprietary, but for free we really can't gripe. However, it doesn't always do what you'd expect it to do.

They are supposedly writing a replacement forum app in another language and hopefully it'll be better.

I sent you a FB message showing the issue even with HTML format toggled on.

Yes, rotating them that way doesn't work very well. I've given up on it, but maybe someone will find a better answer?

Rotate the pict in a different software before inserting it in the thread.

If the picture seems to have the right orientation but looks wrong in the forum, rotate it anyway and save it, than re-rotate it in the correct orientation and re-save it.

For my own experience, you'll have to re-insert it again in the tread.

Should now appear the good way in the thread.
