Man, you're fast!

I just sat down to post the item on eBay with a full cup of coffee, and I still have a half-cup and it's still warm!

I see Ebay removed the link for the Deluxe kit door
Maybe the ad can be changed to "option with or with out hardware / seal" with the price change?

Hi Dave,

I've never sold anything on eBay before as "retail", so I was starting with the "bare" door to test the waters.  I didn't see a way to add variations, so I would need to make another listing for the deluxe version.

If you'd like to get going before that, just hop on over to https://bullnosecreations.square.site/ where you can order either type.

I'll work on getting the deluxe version listed as well.

Thanks!

I dont need one but I am really thinking of getting one to have on hand just in case.

But I wanted to let you know what Ebay did, removed the link.
I have never sold anything on the "bay" but have seen how others posted items and thought maybe you could do the same but another post for the 2nd door option works also.

On my '86 the temp slider will only move about an inch so it's never cold nor hot. Would this blend door fix the issue or is that rooted somewhere else?

Thanks!

Sorry Dave, I totally missed this.  I should have had an email subscription set up for this thread.  I have been getting most of my sales through eBay.  I think I will add another listing for the "deluxe" version.

I have had to bump the price up a little bit, eBay takes a big chunk out of each sale for fees.

Here is the updated listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/195725950613

I also put a second listing up for the Deluxe version:

Hi Wayne,

It won't, sorry.  The term "blend door" is a bit of a misnomer.  I've seen it referred to as several different things.

There is a separate cable which controls the mix of warm and cold(er) air.  The door mentioned here controls the routing of air to the vents vs the defroster.

Hi Chris,
That's what I suspected but thought I'd ask anyway.
Thanks for the info, I'll dig into the cabling side.
