Gary Lewis
$1000 + $50 shipping. Yikes!!!! Makes the little bit of time it took to repair one of mine yesterday well worth it! Especially since mirrors on Big Blue are likely to touch a limb or some such and get damaged.

mat in tn
And they are not even electric! I think I will just keep restoring the originals as much as I can.
Gary Lewis
I think I will just keep restoring the originals as much as I can. I'm in the middle of "restoring" one of mine. I'll probably start a thread on it when done, but the main thing I'm doing is replacing the rivet at the bottom of the arm and lubing everything that is supposed to move. Where can you get the plastic spacer bits that the mounting bolts go through?
kramttocs
Where can you get the plastic spacer bits that the mounting bolts go through? Besides the eBay (not sure about NOS showing up) and jy answers, what about buying a cheap aftermarket kit just for those pieces?

I was just about to tell you that I have a pair of the upper 2-hole ones you can have, but none of the lower 2-hole.
