1986F150Six Posted August 31, 2017 Share Posted August 31, 2017 The 1985 knob would be much different, as it was a DIN radio with knobs. They were considerably smaller. Keep in mind that the rounded knobs that come on my recent purchase were in a LTD, and the knobs in my previous 1981 truck could have come from anywhere. Perhaps they were different in vans, cars etc.,? As Jonathan said, the 1985 and 1986 knobs are small and black. I have an old 1985/86 radio if anyone needs the knobs.
