I made some search over the web, no luck. Although, this product claims to be universal, not sure if this can fit on a Bullnose valves cover…

Another possibility. Some guys on the other forum said it could probably fit on a 1986 Full size Bronco with a 302, so maybe compatible with a wide number of Ford engines?

Holley.com sells couple of different breather caps, not sure which ones fits this extension.
