I bought one of my transmissions and a transfer case from Ebay. The guy was only two hours away (one way), so I drove down and picked it up. It worked out perfect since it allowed me to see the truck the parts came from, and the seller had a really cool 1940's or so 4x4 fire truck that he was restoring.
