Vintage59
Hello all! I've had my 1986 F250 w/460 for half its life. Besides maintenance and tires, I've replaced the alternator and water pump. I appreciate the resource Gary provides here, and all the wisdom and knowledge available!
Gary Lewis
Welcome! Glad you joined. Where's home? I ask because we have a map (Bullnose Forum/Member's Map in the menu) and can add you with a city/state or post code. Nice truck. And nice carb. But let's SEE it! Gary Lewis
Gary, we're in Kuna Idaho. Thanks, I'll add a picture of my engine, and I'm working through some issues and will have questions... You are now on the map. And I included your pics, but you'll have to learn how to do that. There are instructions on the page at Bullnose Forum/Forum FAQ's that include how to post pics. But I just copied the links you posted, clicked Insert Image, and pasted those links into the "Or copy an image from the Internet:" blank - making sure to wipe out the http:// that is already there. But your pics are larger than 1MB each, so I clicked the Big button in resizing. However I didn't fix your interior shot. You turned the camera to take that pic, and while cameras encode the orientation in the metadata in the picture's file, our forum doesn't read that data. So you have to open your file in some app and properly orient it. I use Photoshop Express but there are free ones that work just fine.
