It appears to be made using the center section from 3 pre-EGR intake manifolds. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/attachments/1482-jpg.2772244/ With the phenolic spacer, the carburetor is clocked such that all 3 carbs can be connected in a more normal manner.
