That looks like the one for the small block V8's. They look very similar, but are angled differently.

Here is the one from Gary's 460:

Really? I saw one posted for a 351W on Ebay and it looked just like yours?

What year did you remove it from? According to the MPC listing below, there is a difference between 83-84 and 85-86 460 throttle brackets.

I may need that bracket if its not the correct one for your application. Mine was originally a 255 V8 and someone put a 72 302 block in it before I ever got the truck and has always been like you see in the picture but would like to get it back more correct where the cable and spring are straight. With that said I would not know the one I need or even if any of the correct ones would work with my manifold. I do have access to the one on the 80 model truck but have not tried it yet.

Shaun, I am going back in a couple of days and will check out the other 460 trucks and see if they have the bracket like Gary's. I guess someone put this one from a small block on a 460 4V to get by or something.

Eddie, McDonald Obsolete Parts shows as having E0TZ-9728-C in stock. According to the MPC, that is the correct throttle cable bracket for a 1980 302.

E1TZ-9728-C shows as the correct one for a 1981-1984 302. I am not sure of the difference. Nobody seems to have the 1981+ version in stock.

The bracket shown here is E1TZ-9728-J, and only shows as being correct for a 460. My 460 is an 84, so technically this bracket is correct for my engine.

I have to go back up there to get some other parts, I will look and see if there is an 85/86 and snag the bracket off of that one. It is really no big deal. If memory serves, your engine is in the machine shop so you dont need it tomorow
