Didn't somebody mention recently that these aluminum castings were all the same (or at least interchangeable) from 1980-1986, it's just that the pedals and shafts changed (ie: the steel parts). kramttocs Posted February 12, 2021 Share Posted February 12, 2021 Yes, that casting is listed for 1980 - '86. They must not have considered the change(s) to be worth mentioning. The lack of holes for the clutch safety switch/speed control switch are one difference and while I was looking at them upside down it appeared the webbing in the area of the holes is different.
