Gary Lewis
Cory - I got lost when you said "note the last one on the right". There are so many different ways to scroll through it I don't know which one you meant. Can you give us a screen shot? But this is REALLY encouraging! Most burled wood bezels badly need the purple covered up, so are an excellent candidate for a trial.
kramttocs
Wonder if that's Perry? http://forum.garysgaragemahal.com/Woodgrain-repair-kit-for-ideas-only-td30473.html Looking at the area code he listed, probably not...
Rembrant
Oh, you can even order them in RUST!...lol. They would look right at home in the old 1980.

I was wondering that. Did anybody on here ever send him a set of bezels? I have a nice set of 1986 Burlwood bezels I'd cover up. I wonder how the silver brushed aluminum would look? Good question - I can't recall if he got some in hand or not. I would love to see that rust in person. Or even better a photo of it on your bezel

Or even better a photo of it on your bezel Well, what I originally wanted to do was to make the 1986 Burlwood bezel that I have look like a black weave 1980 bezel. Only thing close would be Carbon Fiber, and it might not look at home...
Rembrant
http://forum.garysgaragemahal.com/file/n82741/s-l1600.jpg Ahhh crap... It just occurred to me that while this kit is advertised as fitting 1980-1986, if you look at the center bezel decal patterns, it technically only fits 1980-1984, presumably Rosewood or XLS?...I can't image trying to apply these decals over a weave pattern. Dang it. Maybe I'll have to send this guy my 1986 center bezel...
