Gary Lewis
I just need to work out the wheel arch flares... if I can find any path to fixing replacing those I will get it... All and any suggestions welcomed! Will do a walk through and VIN on next visit, I need to see the title too.. Can the wheel arches be fiberglassed? salans7
I am leaning towards buying and towing it home.. How hard is it to come by those fiberglass wheel arches? This would be a long term project. The dually fenders are out there, I've seen a few pop up on my local marketplace, but you may have to end up buying a whole bed to get them, and travel across the country. Gsmblue
Can the wheel arches be fiberglassed? They are only half missing, so yep! I have found some aftermarket options so that problem is put to bed. Gonna sleep on it....

If you want A/C, the brackets for the compressor may be hard to find. If you have the room and patience it’s not bad for the price.

AC parts pop up here so I am not worried about that. It is the truck I want.. 1 ton, dually, long bed. Would be great to towing horses, extended cab to keep puppy happy. The bed welds fenders, funky back story... I think I will run a car fax and ask for the title...
1986F150Six
PLEASE go check! I think there may be two Honda Trail 90's in the pic below. The two with their front tires almost touching. Janey wants one, and it would be COOL to have two of them. You buy them for a song and we'll come get them. http://forum.garysgaragemahal.com/file/n58968/00F0F_aZ23WPEoNmG_600x450.jpg https://www.ebay.com/itm/1971-Honda-CT/274390913975?hash=item3fe2f913b7:g:CXcAAOSwu51e3Yza https://www.ebay.com/itm/1979-Honda-CT/283903759877?hash=item4219fb9605:g:wYoAAOSwCMBe2qr4 https://www.ebay.com/itm/1968-Honda-CT/133429052437?hash=item1f10fdc415:g:fSAAAOSw~K5e2D0Z https://www.ebay.com/itm/1984-Honda-Other/254528997474?hash=item3b431c4862:g:PH0AAOSwzrZeWBU0

But our son told us the other day that Honda has a 125 that is very much like the Trail 90 and is supposed to come to the US soon. And it goes for $4k new, which is about what the vintage ones are. But, wouldn't a pair of those in the back of Big Blue look good!
