It's foil backed something... the actual insulation is cut to fit the cavities, then there is an ABS shield. $250 for the one that says FORD and $180 for the one that says nothing. You have to buy the whole thing as well. There is no option to buy just the insulation. I wonder how something like butyl insulation would work under the hood.
