It looks like the throttle cable part number was also superseded multiple times ending at E9TZ9A758U which will be much easier and less expensive to find. E9TZ-9A758-U is a throttle cable for a 7.3 diesel, not your 302! AOD trucks used E5TZ-9A758-A, C6 and manual trans trucks used E6TZ-9A758-D. I originally pulled that part number from ATP's site... And then I searched Google and found it on Lakeland Ford's parts site... And then I double checked on FordPartsGiant after your post...
