Ford F834
These need to be modified to work on an F-series pickup because the perches are in a different spot. Still, that’s not hard to do, and this is arguably the best way to get rear disc brakes with the 8 on 6.5 bolt circle. It uses all Ford parts, and has the integral parking brake. A grand is not an insignificant amount of money, but I once calculated the cost for the aftermarket conversion that holds two calipers... the Chevy braking caliper and a fancy mechanical caliper for a parking brake. It added up to about the same (a grand). The ElDorado calipers are not good, I have read. If I badly wanted rear disc I would seriously consider this, but my experience with hydroboost as pushed rear disc way down on the priority list for my F350. It would be more about convenience of service than performance.
