Door handle boots [E0TZ-10226A06-A] - NOS

Recommended Posts

These look different than those I've seen. Mine press through from the back and a grommet type lip holds them in place. Year thing?

These are what I expected, and what I remember them looking like as well. However, these are the E0 versions, meaning 1980 ones, and there were later ones that might have looked different. This is from the our page on them. I don't know the difference between the -A and -B ones, but both were black.

Huh, never noticed that my 80 had that style (or that there were two styles).

What is left of the 'behind panel' style in my 80:

What is left of the 'thru panel' style in my 85:

These were one of those 1980-early 82 things because the 1982 door panels I pulled for my F150 had the later grommet style boots.
