Gary Lewis
Gary, bolt snapped flush. I will have to drill it. I have a crude sand blaster thats good enough for this job. Drilling one out is no fun. Maybe it would be more fun to buy the EFI manifolds?

1986F150Six
Yes it would. But then Id have to upgrade intake too.... You can use the original log intake with the EFI manifolds.

That's what I thought. So, Ray, now you have a good reason to go with the EFI manifolds.

Ray Cecil
Probably a whole new exhaust system would be easier/better. Yes. Rockauto has front manifold only. Rear out of stock.

You will likely want something like this to add heat to the underside of the intake manifold, since the F.I. manifolds do not connect to the manifold. Some make their own by using the gasket used between the original intake and exhaust manifolds as a template. http://autoparts.rasoenterprises.com/intake-manifold-heater-kit-ford-240-
