Steering shaft sector E0TZ-3B676-A] - NOS

Recommended Posts

Steve,

What do they charge for them in your area?

I haven't bought one in decades. I swapped early-on; when my '83 was still mostly '83. Probably in Louisiana or Texas in the late 90s. Because that style never wears out, I never needed another. Now, I'm using the '92-up column & its matching intermediate shaft. But this says $10-15:

There is only one truck of the 1987-1991 era at the local pick N pull, and that is a 1991 F350. I did take a look at the steering shaft on one trip, but it looked like the bolt was upside-down where the shaft clamps on to the steering box input shaft. However, the wheels were straight...

I must look at it again next trip, but when I did take a glance at it last time I didn't look like it was going to be easy to remove...

Should be just as straight forward as the 1980-1986 shaft, ya?
