UPDATE:

Store Ops called. This thread has been sent to the product manager for him to read. I've been told that he's already talked to TYC, and the specific factory that makes these lights is looking into the issue. :nabble_smiley_super:

Excellent!  If we can get enough of the vendors to push back on TYC then maybe they'll fix it.

Yesterday I had a long private message conversation with Keith, aka Mr Ford at LMC.  Turns out that they only sell TYC's, just like everyone else.  But, Keith said they've not had any complaints about the TYC lights.

My counter was that I wrote to their Customer Care department about the TYC tail lights 4 weeks ago and I've not had a single response from them.  But all of the other 7 vendors I reached out to responded within one business day and NPD even called me.  I didn't say it, but the implication was that maybe that's why they've not had any complaints - they don't even read the emails?  :nabble_thinking-26_orig:

My experience with LMC makes me believing that their only dptmt that reads customers communication is the sales one.

They simply do not have an after sale support department.  Never had any comeback for customer support issue.  Never.  Dead line.

I imagine the single employee  of this department, sitting at his computer and doing the "one job" he's paid for:  Put everything in the garbage and empty it, day after day.
