Ray Cecil Posted 23 hours ago Share Posted 23 hours ago I have been trying to get a grip on the ACTUAL Ford Part Numbers and their cross reference P/Ns from various manufacturers. I've been using Gary's Axle charts, Rock Auto, NAPA, and Torque King 4x4's awesome exploded view charts. However, Torque King posts seal part numbers that do not seem to be cross referencing with anything I'm seeing on NAPA or RockAuto. Does anyone else have any resources that can help me properly identify the correct seals for my 97 axle, and then find the cheapest source? Torque King is PRICEY. I prefer to use RockAuto, which seems to have EVERYTHING, but they have SOOOO many seals and styles of seals I cannot confirm if they are the correct ones. I know someone somewhere has had to go through this, discovered a kit, or a reference chart in the process.
