Gumbo154
I recently acquired a 1984 F150 XLT with a 302 and automatic transmission. It is not high altitude, always been in NE. TX or NW Louisiana. Some of the vacuum lines have been disconnected. It looks like a rats nest under the hood with all of the smog junk. I considered removing all of the non essential but decided I would like to keep everything original. So my question is, is there a vacuum line diagram similar to an electrical diagram or schematic? If so, where would a person find one? Thanks
Gary Lewis
You should have a diagram on your radiator support, but if not we have a few on our page at Documentation/Vacuum Systems/Vacuum Diagrams/302 & 5.0L. Don't know if we have one that matches yours though, but take a look.
ckuske
I don't know if it helps at all, but here is the diagram from my truck (84 F-150 with 302/AOD): https://www.amazon.com/photos/shared/YfW-NDuKTXGFtmc-KxT6Gg.zUUqOE1Wtn7_OEkDKveUrF
