Ok, my alter ego has fixed it.  He thinks.  Turns out the Regular Members couldn't create polls nor vote in polls.  You can now.

And, he found out that New Members, meaning those who haven't introduced themselves, could vote and even create polls.  He fixed that as well.

Please check it out and let him know.  I'm going to go back to sleep and turn it over to him.

Yep.  You are seeing it, Jeff, but the others couldn't - at the time.  Administrators and Moderators could, but not Regular Members.  Now Regular Members can - but still no one has voted.
