An extra hole needs to be cut on the non-AC firewall for the heater core and the heater core hole on the non-AC truck has to be modified for the evaporator to fit. Will need some cutting and welding/riveting.... I have an entire parts truck with its intact firewall at my disposal. After this job is done that parts truck will be hauled for scrap per wife's instructions so I might as well cut out that firewall.
