Sunday morning there was an 11-minute outage, and several times we've have very poor response times. I've been discussing this with InVision in the background, especially since this happened almost immediately after we moved in. I've been assured that the problems have been resolved and that this is not the norm. However they've given us a $54 credit so we got a month's service for free. I certainly hope that this isn't the norm, but will stay on top of it and make sure they know when we are having problems. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
