BigBrother-84 Posted August 15, 2023 Share Posted August 15, 2023 Hi Carl, Does your picture respect these criteria? There’s a maximum size of 4Mb and minimum dimensions of 100x100 pixels. So, thanks for the offer. Okay, my wife found a way to resize the pic on Microsoft. She sent it to me. I selected it, clicked upload, it goes to “crop photo” then I cant do anything. If I click reset photo, it deletes my pic, if I click on crop photo nothing happens. It doesn’t need cropped, it is 100 X 100. Any tips? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I received your “unable to send you an email” email four times! That’s a known bug of this site, we think the email doesn’t go out and have no way to know.
