Sure does look like a lot of custom work there and I would not be surprised to learn it was a running, driving and finished truck at some point. Looks like that V10 swap was the kiss of death. Completely impractical, of course, but I kind of like it? Funny that somebody went to great length to modify this truck...suicide doors, shaved door handles, recessed tail lights into the fenders, iridescent pant, roll pan, etc, etc....and left the stock tail gate chains...lol. WTF? It was a manual trans truck...hydraulic master and pedals are still there. Is that a 300/6 in the bed? It was likely all prettied up at some point and driven...all show and no go, then somebody got a good deal on that engine, and that was it...
