fords4life
Anyone have experience with the soft bed covers? I'd like to get something but don't only have experience with fiberglass camper shells and tonneau covers. Looking for something lighter and easier to remove for the '86. Currently looking at these two options. https://www.tonnopro.com/tri-fold-bed-covers https://www.tonnopro.com/lo-roll-bed-covers
BigBrother-84
I’ve got a roll one. «Lo Pro» brand. I like it, no issue. What I was looking for: · Roll (not folding); · Can be easily pulled off the bed; · Does not interfere with the bed rail.
Nothing Special
I’ve got a roll one. «Lo Pro» brand. I like it, no issue. What I was looking for: · Roll (not folding); · Can be easily pulled off the bed; · Does not interfere with the bed rail. Two of my trucks have come with roll-up tonneaus similar to that LoPro (but I don't know the brands). they don't work for me because I need to be able to carry my dogs in the back, which dictates a cab-high topper. But for the couple of weeks that I had each of them I thought they seemed like a pretty good option. They seemed to keep the inside of the bed dry and were pretty easy to roll up or to roll back out. Dee1986
I have a tri fold on my 86. It actually came of my 2016 super duty but fits the bullnose perfect
Nothing Special
.... It actually came of my 2016 super duty but fits the bullnose perfect That really surprises me. I tried to use the topper from my '02 F-350 SuperDuty and it wasn't close on my '97 F-250HD. If I recall correctly the '02 bed was wider in front and narrower in back compared to the '97.
