For fabric items, it's often more a matter of what you can get that matches that is more important than a factory color code. I went to a headliner shop and took home their sample book. The upholstery shop (for wrapping a custom center console) let me do the same so I could think on it. I've never tried fabric paint or dye so can't speak to those options.
