Daltonjamesadams
New here. Owned all kind of rigs, lots of Fords. Own several now. Recently purchased a 1986 f250 4x4 460 4 speed in non running condition. I have got it to hit, it had the hot fuel management system but former owners have jacked it up. Also has a button for starting, i think its the switch on the column. I am 57, married, 22 year old son (that works at oreilleys, helps a lot) thinking about retiring soon, this will be my work truck. its a xlt lariat, ac, ps cooler (big one is it stock?) 3;55 gears. Seems solid. Steel flat bed. I think i can make it into something. Glad i found this forum.
Gary Lewis
Yes, glad you found this forum. Welcome! NE AR? We have map (Bullnose Forum/Member's Map in the menu) and can add you with a city - like Jonesboro? Sounds like a nice truck to build up. Maybe you'll have it running, or at least something you can drive, and come to Skiatook for the Ford truck show on Sept 16th?
