But before we discuss that very much we need to talk about the guidelines. The email you were sent asked you to go to the New Members Start Here folder, read the guidelines, and then post your introduction there. We ask that because we hold everyone to the guidelines and want to ensure you've had a chance to read them. You didn't post there, and while that happens we don't really know that you read the guidelines. So before we proceed please confirm that you read them.
