JG2020
1984 Ford F-150. 4.9 inline six engine. 4 speed manual transmission. 2 wheel drive. These parts have been replaced: About 4,000 miles on the truck since this work was done. • alternator • starter • clutch kit • flywheel • clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder • new brakes front and back • master cylinder • Fuel Pump • all new exhaust system from front to back • new gas tank • heater core • New plugs and wires distributor cap and ignition coil • New HEI distributor • new water pump • Thermostat • Fan clutch • Hoses • Tires • Rebuilt Carburetor and new electric choke • Front Shocks Parts I have but never got around to installing: • Fuel Gauge Sender • Rear Shocks • Washer Fluid Pump • Front Stabilizer Bar • Emergency Brake cables / assembly • New Horn • Window Rain Guards • Door Carpet panels I may have other misc parts I can't remember but will look in my basement. Needs some electrical work. Blinkers and tail lights are wonky. Added gauges because Water Temp, Oil Pressure (works sometimes) RPM ( tach and speedo don't read correctly) don't work. Fuel Gauge only works when full. I have the new parts and sender unit to fix. Starts right up even after a couple of weeks. Runs good. Maybe a little rich. I will add more details here as I remember them. Pics can be seen here. I can add more pictures or info as requested. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52668769605_b00308d70b_b.jpg I will be putting a 4 -Sale sign on the truck tomorrow also, just an FYI Sold Locally in Lambertville NJ Thanks! JG2020
nice, where did you get that plate for the egr delete at by chance? Hi, I think the PO must have fabricated that. I know there is a correct standoff plate out there for it. I saw one a ways back on E-Bay. But this seems to work.
