DarinGus
Bought a 1984 f150, 4x4 single cab, 460 4 speed still trying to figure out the tranny and rear end. Just got her to pass emissions here in Colorado. Happy about that. Took 2 years.
Gary Lewis
Welcome! Glad you joined! And, glad you got it to pass emissions. That sometimes is difficult. Where in Colorado? I ask because we have a map (Bullnose Forum/Member's Map in the menu) and can add you with a city or zip. In '84 the rear is probably a 9" since it is an F150. But the tranny might be a T-19. DarinGus
Glad to be a part of this great community. I live in Denver 80221. This site has been a live saver for me because the PO had deleted all of the emissions and more. I'll send some pictures later today. Having access to all of the diagrams here kept me from having to pay a mechanic.
DarinGus
Welcome! Thanks, I'm glad to be here. I never thought that I'd have a problem finding an emissions testing facility that had someone that can drive a stick.
Gary Lewis
Thanks, I'm glad to be here. I never thought that I'd have a problem finding an emissions testing facility that had someone that can drive a stick. That's almost, but not quite, funny! No one could drive a stick. What a country we live in. In many 3rd world countries most of the vehicles have a stick. Anyway, glad the site is helping. And you are now on the map.
