Had someone ask me for info on the engine compartment light, including the retainers for the wire loom. Check this out: Underhood/ Engine Compartment Light . And, with the permission of our new member, Snow Monkey, I added his timing instructions to the IDI page: Engines/ IDI Diesel .

Yes, once you fix the leaks y'all up north need to preserve the steel. Ok, last night I slipped out and took a pic of the engine compartment with the new LED bulb in the underhood light. It isn't nearly as bright as your engine compartment, Jim, but it'll work for now. And then this...

Good find on Page 1, Jim. Together that's a good resource. Where should we book it, Dano? Cory - Before you do your tuneup you might try running the engine at night w/o lights on. Sometimes a bad plug wire will show up. I've seen the engine compartment look like Las Vegas with all the sparks...

... part. Using the engine compartment as an example, ideally a photo of the engine compartment has clickable areas (using coordinates) allowing the user to zoom in to a specific area and drill down to the part. Agreed the multiple combinations of engine/trans/accessories etc. is complicated, but...
