  1. Thanks everyone for the quick feedback and support. I'll try to call Gabriel to sort this out, but I think the easiest way is to buy two different Gabriel shock absorbers (front and rear) The Monroe Lifetime Guarantee is very tempting but cannot be implemented from Germany Michael
  2. Thanks Scott, Do I have to use the same types of shock absorbers for the front and rear or can I use the Gabriel Max Control at the front and the Ultra for the rear? Thanks Michael
  3. Gary, do you have a recommendation for my other question about the shock absorbers? According to Gabriel, these are only for the AWD - is there such a big difference in mounting between the AWD and the RWD? Thanks and Greetings Michael
  4. Thanks for the quick answer Gary, unfortunately it is not that easy to get the parts in Germany
  5. Hello everyone, Can someone tell me from when and in which models the seats were installed and where you can get them Thanks in advance greetings
  6. hello everyone, does anyone have experience with these shock absorbers GABRIEL 77461 Max Control Monotube? Do they fit in the back of my 250 RWD? Thanks and greetings Michael
  7. Hello guys, it's been a while since I wrote here. I hope all are doing well. I need your help. Is there a conversion from the Ford color column to RAL? In my case I am looking for the RAL number for Dark Brown Metallic 5Q and Light Tan 6U Woul be great if someone can help Thanks in advance Michael
  8. Hello Gary, please excuse me for not having contacted you in such a long time. There were a few events that required my full concentration. Do you have a PayPal account? Michael
  9. Hi Gary, Can you roll up the headliner and put it in such a transport box? What would be the smallest possible size? How small can you fold your paper with the drawing? Does it fit in an envelope? How big would the envelope be?
  10. Hi Scott, Sorry that I am only now reporting, I currently have difficult access to the network. Could you measure it and give me the measurements, as like Gary did? That would help me. Do you have a photo of the headliner? Thanks Michael
  11. That's exactly what I meant more than 200 bucks for a peace of carton, unbelievable. In my case, I have to add $ 250 freight Costs
  12. Thought that might be a safe place. And that's via the US Postal Service, and other forms of transport could go to $180. So, that seems to be a bit steep. However, if you want I can send it to you if you'll give me an address. Or, since the material I used has 1" squares on it, I might be able to convert it to a pdf by plotting it with my CAD software. As for your drawing and dimensions, I've drawn on my headliner backing, as shown below, and got these dimensions: a: 46 1/2" b: 47 3/8" c: 1 1/4" d: 4 3/4" e: 7 7/8" to outside edge, not just to inside of the notch f: 1 1/2" g: 4" h: 4 5/8" i: 21 1/8" but the dome light opening is below the "b" line on a regular cab headliner j: 5/8" Hope that helps, but let me know what more I can do, like mailing the tracing or trying to digitize it. Hi Gary, did you receive my mail regardingmy address? Shipping from the USA to GER is very expensive. Thanks for your hand on this but I think we should do this as last option because of the costs I will now take a look at the dimensions and transfer them, maybe that's enough to build a headlinder . I will check as well if there is any other way to send from USA to GER . Possibly make my company a kick off in the USA in the next weeks then I would be there and we can organize something PDF would be an option, but unfortunately I don't have access to a plotter to print in this size but I will check Michael
  13. Thanks again for the support. I have inserted a picture of an 87 SC headliner. Please compare that with the regular cap and try to give me the dimensions for the letters a - h. i has about 26 ft and j c. 15 Thanks Michael
  14. My wife said the material won't cost much, so that's not an issue. But on the cost of getting it there, I'll chat with my friends at the place where I ship lots of Ford things (I'm know as The Ford Guy) and see what the best envelope size for shipping is and what the cost will be of getting it there and then let you know. I'm guessing that an A4 (8 1/2 x 11") size will be best, but a bit bigger would mean less folding and less bulk. Jim - Tyvec would be good, but I don't have any and this stuff is similar, just not as heavy nor heavy duty. But it is lots sturdier than paper and won't be harmed if it gets wet or smashed.
  15. sounds like a plan, thanks for the support. Please do this only if it is not too expensive. Please let me know beforehand what the material and the letter would cost
