  1. Working now, before when you click on the icon it would not do anything.
  2. Mine was due to storing a fire extinguisher behind the seat and at some point it leaked. Years latter rust showed up. I found a cab cornier from an 89 that worked on my 84. The other side is fine but it is a Southern truck. For some resign I can't get the "insert image" to work. Maybe something on my end.
  3. The feedback one wires going to it for computer control. The one I put on came from O'Reillys Part#1-506 372.86 Rebuilt by TAMCO.
  4. Mine was the same way, flat. Had to accelerate slowly. If you pushed harder on the gas it would not go any faster and would loose speed on a hill. I replaced the 1 barrel Carter that had the "feedback" system with a rebuilt one with no feedback. Replaced the ignition system which was the EECIV computer controlled to the DurasparkII and now runs great. All the power I need and gas mileage 20-21 mpg.
  5. Welcome! Straight 6 is a great motor.
  6. I got the Blue but I really like the Ice Blue. If I had to do it again I would go with the Ice Blue. Just be sure to check them before you screw it all back in. With LED's the is a 50 50 shot you put them in the right way, so if one is not burning just turn it 180 deg. and it should work.
  7. Hi Dave, The can is going under the exhaust manifold but wraps around on the intake. It really should turn under I may mess with it again someday but it's running great and I live in the south so I'm not driving it when it's below 30F. The intake tube is just laying off in there but it seems to be getting enough heat. On the seat cover I got it from Raybuck Auto and body parts. for 225.00 It comes with the hog rings and pliers. Material is Velour and vinyl around the sides. The floor is Vinyl I got it from Stockinteriors.com it came with the insulation pad for 171.00 with shipping. This is the insulation that I used I've seen were other people have used it and worked well. Got it from Amazon around 23.00 I used 3 rolls. It was very easy to mold into all the crevasses. I bought a little roller and it was kinda fun to put down, the vinyl not so much. Big bulky and it is oversized a little so you have to trim it.
  8. Gary it is much better but I need to do the doors next, getting a little wind noise from there.
  9. I got the floor replaced and the seat cover done. I found another truck build sheet behind the seat panel, so that's 2 so far. The other one was under the vinyl floor under the seat.
  10. Yeah I watch and make sure it goes out. I have it hooked up with a disconnect plug and actually thinking about just adding a on/off switch in the finder and keeping it turned off until I need it. Just not sure how reliable those gravity switches are.
  11. Oh I just remembered the third thing, I installed an under the hood light from LMC. It has a gravity switch so when the hood is closed it turns off. Lights up nicely with just the standard bulb.
