fuse box

85blueox
I have a 85 6.9 diesel that I aquired,  the fuse box labeling is all worn off.  Anyone have a picture or two that can help me label what is what in my fuse box?

thanks

I may be able to get you a picture of mine tomorrow, but in the interim see if this helps.  It is from the 1985 owner's manual, which is available at Manuals & Literature:

Ok, here's my '85 fuse box cover.  Yep, I made a diagram, printed it, laminated it, and glued it to the cover.  That's because I added some fuses that weren't shown originally.

Here are the files:

Photoshop Format: Fuse_Box_&_Fuses.psd

JPEG Format: Fuse_Box_&_Fuses.jpg

Thats a good idea, mine has no cover.  Why would you want a cover to keep water and mud from splashing up from your feet?

Any fuses related to the glowplugs than anyone knows about?

The glow plugs are protected by a fuselink and a breaker:
