New (to me) threadlocker.

While in the parts store the other day I happened to look at Permatex orange threadlocker.

Now, I'm in the small city where Henkel North America is headquartered, and I've always used Loctite products.
But this was interesting!

They claim 3x the breakaway of their blue formula, but only hand tools needed, unlike the red that you need to torch to 500F.

Lil'Red is a '87 F250 HD, 4.10's, 1356 4x4, Zf-5, 3G, PMGR, Saginaw PS, desmogged with a Holley 80508 and Performer intake.
Too much other stuff to mention.

Thread locker by its nature displaces all gap in the joint.
If oxygen and electrolyte can't get in rust can never start.
