Tried all those, and on one ebay listing that has it all, I just can't justify paying $69.99 + $64.10 shipping for a can and base with holes and the strap. Looking for the two-part (steel/galvanized) metal strap that passes over the broad side of the can, and secures with the pad-lockable latch at the front of the strap.
