Re: Mad Max

So it's a 1981 F150, with a 300 six, and auto trans, I bought it because i wanted the
push bar it had on it for my black 82. It m
was missing half of the interior, and needed some bodywork and I was originally just
going to part it out, but it runs good, and I had all the missing parts in my parts pile,
so I fixed up the interior, touched up the body, painted some camo with some rattle cans,
and there she is!
Here's the before pic!

The push bar looks good on your 82.  But that little push bar looks good on the 81.

And your redo on the 81 looks great.  I think you made a good decision.

The smaller one i made out off some flat bar, and steel pipe.
I drilled two holes through the top pipe for extra lights if I wanted.
I tried it on my '82 initially, but didn't really like the look on that truck,
found the flatbed with that period correct one, swapped them, and
love the look of both trucks!
The smaller one really looks better on a Blacked out Front end I think.

Yes, the smaller one does look good on that front end.  Well done!
