Looks like 7" on my alternator. It's the stock 1G. Pretty sure it's the 60A variety since I have factory air.
I didnt measure the one on my truck but I did measure the 1G that came off a 302 out of another '82 F150 that I did a 5.0 Coyote transplant at work and its 7" ear to ear centers.  Before I order my 130A 3G I am going to measure my 1G on my currently installed engine and then do some measurements and see but I probably will go with the 8.25" ear to ear anyways.

Thank you Larry.   That's good to know!

For certain you could use the 95A (4-hole) 7" spread 3G.
From what I recall of the RJM site the 95's would consistently go to 125A output.
Bill linked a small case design 200A "upgrade" earlier in this thread.

These drop right in to the early EFI Windsor trucks that use the die cast top mount as well.
You don't need a die grinder or anything to make room for that smaller (135mm) case.

I followed up with Power Bastards today.  I called the telephone number given on their website, and got the same spiel that goes something like "We are too busy to take your call, so email us."  Given that I opted to use their chat feature:

Gary: On June 30th I called and no one answered, but the voice mail system said to email you.  I did the same day and now, 36 days later, having gotten no response I called again, got no answer, and was told to email you.  I would like to talk to someone and if you want to talk to me you can call 918-859-7400.

Mike: "Hi, what order is this regarding ?"

Gary: It isn't regarding an order. I have a technical question and can't order until I get an answer.

And while I have a lot of questions for them, the first one is "Do they have a high-output alternator for a 1994-99 Taurus with a 3.0L engine.  Their page, shown below, suggests they don't.

It has now been 20 minutes since my response to Mike, so I'm going off to do other things and will report back should I get a call.  Don't hold your breath.

It sure looks like they do...
I'm uncertain what makes the 1994--> model the one you want, but it's there on the website.

That's interesting!  I put the info into their dropdown and got nada.  And what I put in was Ford/Taurus/1994-99/3.0L, which is what you found.  I did it twice and got the same thing both times.

But I'm not going to buy from someone who won't talk nor email with me.  I'd go back to DB first as they at least talked with me.
