Since I don't expect your truck will be nearly as crowded under hood as Big Blue, there should be ample space for a filter.
Who's relocation kit would you use? Would you try to keep the stock filter? (I can't seem to find them at Walmart anymore)
I tend to follow reviews, and have been around vehicles long enough to know to stay away from Transdapt, anything from Holley, and even Summit branded items. I'm willing to spend good money on something that provides my engine with reliable filtration and pressure because that can make or break the life of your engine internals.
Motorcraft or Wix filters are about the only ones I'll use. As said though, we may find it tougher to locate FL-1As as they aren't used on anything new these days.
