1985 new but used Ignition parts 4.9 L

Hi friends,

I was studying every step of a no spark, then later stalling no spark after 8 min running situation.
after 6 attempted repairs, with little progress toward reliability.. I installed an HEI distributor, all fine now.

so I have the following "new"  but installed ignition parts:
1. new cardone TFI distributor ( w cap and rotor )
2. new 6 wire Ign Module that fits to side of distributor (dist had one too, yet w problems, 2nd bought )
3. new Bolt opn block bracket NAPA ignition coil
4. new Cardone ECC Engine TFI control module ( 61 pin computer tin box to right of steering column )
5. new ( external to computer ) ECC power RELAY, ( under dash powers ign system and vacuum solenoids)
6. new NAPA 1987 and later IGN Switch mounted on Steering column ( bought wrong one, new ) not pre 86

So These parts may be reassuring to have as spares for your 4.9 TFI  ( 6 wire at ign module on dist )
