Wiring of my power windows

Now I am in trouble

Studid as I am am I took the panel of the driversdoor off.
Doing that I unpluged the wiring of the power windows.
Now I have forgotten where the colours belong.
F....
Can one help, maybe with pics ?

IF it has the original plugs, they only fit one-way.....

1986 F-150 Flareside 4x4, 351, 4-v, ZF5 speed. AC, Cruise, Tilt, Slider, Digital clock, Radio, Lariat seat, Pwr doors/locks
