That is a very nice looking truck.  I saw it on FB and wondered.  Glad you shared it.

Not running is not running... but seems to be priced accordingly. I need those aluminum rear door trims!

Unfortunately our freedom to take road trips is currently non-existent. I am hoping to be able to plan in the 2019 GTG at which point I can get the wheel lip trims from David. What I am seeing in the crew cab ad are the 83/84 rear door aluminum trims at the door handle line. I am looking for a pair of those. They are pretty rare. Not a huge deal if I don’t find them though... I have enough spare pieces to make them (by splicing square ends onto front door trims). They will receive black paint (in lieu of vinyl XLS tape) so the splice won’t show...

The length of these trucks gives me anxiety...lol (Just kidding). When I see one, all I can think of is what they must be like to park. My little 4x2 117" truck feels like a compact car by comparison.

I have a question for you Facebookers though....

Have you seen this white 85 diesel for sale? It has the cool tach with the orange/red zone, and a nice matching topper as well.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/486410801500897/

My question is regarding the pictures. When I originally looked at them using my iPhone 8S, I could view something like 20-22 pictures. However, sit down with my coffee at my laptop, and I can see only 9 pictures. Am I doing something wrong, or is this just the nature of the beast...

I've been away from FB for 4+ years, and I'm trying to learn some of the new features...

When I click that link I just go to the Bullnose FB page.  Not a specific truck.  But I don't know how to tell you to create a link to the truck.

I can see 20+ pics but I am using the FB app on my iPhone. I can’t really say why your desktop would show less 🤷‍♂️

As far as the link to the specific truck instead of the group in general, click “share” then “copy link”. Not all give you that option, but this is a public group.

That's funny! Some places I go for appointments and such, I take the Bronco because it's so much easier to park, it's like a sports car after driving the truck. These old 4x4's have a large turning radius!

The length and weight of the crew cab make it a peach on the open road. The LWB rides well and tows nicely with no bucking or squirrely business....

But in tight parking lots, small gas stations, and narrow backroad trails the 168” wheelbase is indeed a curse that’s hard to live with. That’s why I cut 16” out of the frame on mine. It will still be long, but a little less bad in that respect.

That still leaves you with a 152.4" wheelbase, which is essentially the same as the Supercab with an 8' bed @ 155".  But not bad for a crewcab.

I only drove it a few times, but my perception is that Jan’s Supercab F250 was far more manageable than my full crew cab long bed. The 16” makes a lot of difference, so I hope I’m happy with the new compromise/configuration.

I love my 2015 SuperCrew.  Even with the 5 1/2' bed, it still works as a truck.  But, it has room for 5 in absolute comfort.  You'll love yours.

And, when some drive a short wheelbase truck, they think it drives more like a passenger car [Gary, Chris?].
