Shoutout to Palco Industries/Dashtop

I have no affiliation or interest, but have purchased door panels and map pockets between their corporate store and resellers.

I had an outstanding interaction with the company that I thought I would pass on to the group:

I broke a speaker grill cover when I tried to remove it to clean it.  I snapped the plastic posts secured by friction nuts behind the panel.  My fault, completely.  I should have cut the nuts instead of trying to pry them off.

I dropped a note through Dashtop's website late last night looking for resources to purchase a replacement, not expecting much considering it comes as a set with the panel. First thing this morning I had a reply in my inbox from Dennis, Dashtop's parent company's president.   His generosity in accommodating a one-off request was amazing, and he even had them shipped before I could finish our email exchange with a hearty "thank you".

Palco has their manufacturing operation & warehouse in Reno.  Domestic manufacturing, "local" employer  and top notch service deserves a highlight.
