Odd looking dash panel / bezel on Ebay

Rembrant
This thing looks odd to me...I've never come across one before that had the rectangular outlines where the AC vents would normally be, and the indicators are weird...looks like the middle one says "Anti-Lock"?

I assume this is incorrectly labeled as a Bullnose item and was in one of the heavy trucks?

I think you are right that it isn't for a pickup or Bronco, so must be for a heavy truck.

Where the A/C vents would have been it looks like there's mesh on the front, but not on the back.  Strange.

Gary nailed it. It’s a medium duty bezel. Unfortunately they won’t fit our trucks at all because the steering column cutout is different.
