Knowing this hydraulic bed?

Just curious about this dump bed.
Anybody knows about this?  Is this OEM, or a retrofit kit?

that sure looks like a retro fit to me. I can't imagine ford leaving the fuel filler that way. but it's cool even if I never used it. dual use I imagine. ladder racks normally mean tools in the bed and they are in the way for the bobcat to load mulch. so, I'm not certain how its needed

Let's say that this hydraulic lifter is a nice gadget.

At least for those who need regular servicing and easy access to their fuel tank and all those fixing pump/gauge issues.
